Adequate stay , with minor issues

daily cleaners sun loungers difficult check-in online contract

The cleaners visited every day , ensuring the room remained tidy. I also found a balcony with sun loungers . This was a pleasant surprise.

The check-in process was not ideal , as I received an email on the day of arrival , but only saw it upon arrival. I had to fill out a contract online , which initially caused some issues.

delayed access code sewage smell

The check-in process was delayed. I received the access code via WhatsApp about 20 minutes late. A terrible sewage smell emanated from the bathroom. It permeated the entire bedroom. Despite reporting it, they addressed it with deodorant, promising a 10% refund that never materialized.

A Decent Stay

The location was beneficial, with the market nearby. I found many food options within a short walk of the apartment. The staff was nice and helpful. The photos on the website reflect reality.

I didn't like that our room was at the building entrance. We experienced street noise during the night. The noise made it difficult to sleep , even with earplugs.

Really good Stay, Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!!!

immaculate room modern appliance comfortable bed helpful staff

The room was immaculate and well-equipped. I found an induction cooker, kettle, and microwave. Plenty of dishes, cups, and cutlery were provided. The hotel supplied cleaning and hygiene items, including a toothbrush and dish soap. This was a nice touch. The bed was super comfy, and the area was quiet. I had a fantastic sleep. The staff was helpful. They stored my bags before and after my stay.

The check-in process was difficult. I received the email on the arrival day, but I couldn't access it until I arrived. I needed to fill out a contract online, but the system didn't accept it.

The staff assisted with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. Their helpfulness was greatly appreciated. They promptly addressed all inquiries and provided clear information.

The location was convenient. It was within a 30-minute walk to the city centre. I had easy access to local amenities. There was an excellent restaurant right next door and parking available at the Ruzafa Market.

The location provided numerous options for restaurants and bars. it was a short walk to main attractions. Staff always replied quickly to any questions i had
